I have a true passion and love for living a holistic, simple, creative and balanced life, and this is what gave me the courage to build Balanced Bloom. With the help of my supportive and talented husband Mark, and inspiration from my 2 beautiful and amazing boys Rhys and Chase, I created Balanced Bloom as a way to help Educate, Empower and Inspire people just like me, who struggle with finding their true self, achieving personalized health and maintaining balance every day.
I absolutely love my life and my family, I have a passion for travel, warm weather, nature, reading, writing, being creative, meditation and yoga. I am also an animal lover, and I have an adorable pug named Bruiser.
